Gann Ranch is a large neighborhood in west Cedar Park located west of Highway 183 and north of 1431. This neighborhood contains homes that started being built in 1986. Eaglewood Homes, an Austin Texas homebuilder, is currently building new homes in this subdivision, ranging from 1650 to 3000 square feet, with inventory available. Sizes range from 1200 square feet to over 3400 square feet and vary greatly in price as well, ranging from $100,000 to over $340,000 with a good square foot price. This neighborhood is a good choice for anyone from singles to families to retirees. Many of the older homes have been remodeled or updated and are ready for move in. Others are perfect for those buyers who want to attack a remodeling project.
